Refund policy

Returns: We are committed to providing high quality products and customer care in which our customers can have full confidence. If you are not happy with the product you may return it within 30-days for a replacement or refund*.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All bulk and custom orders are final any approved returns is issued as Pride Fans® store credit.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

BULK and CUSTOM ORDERS: The Customer is responsible for inspecting the ordered items within 5 business days of order delivery date. Post the 5 business day inspection period, no returns are accepted. For bulk or custom order returns please contact hello@pridefans.com and include order number, item name and return reasons. The Customer is responsible for shipping return items to Pride Fans®. Bulk and Custom orders are final. Any return refund will be issued as a customer credit.
